How did you hear about CommPros and why did you decide to conduct business with us?
We heard about CommPros after receiving a promotional piece in the mail. We contacted CommPros to learn more about the company and the communication services which they provide. We decided to conduct business with CommPros because they offer a five year maintenance contract, back a reliable product, and are conveniently located fifteen minutes from the campground. Our relationship with CommPros began in the fall of 2002.
What aspects of the phone system have been beneficial to your business?
The system we had installed is extremely robust and offers us unlimited reporting capabilities that help us with monitoring calls and forecasting staffing needs. We print weekly and monthly reports that help us determine how well we are responding to the call volume and how each employee is doing within the queue. We have also been utilizing our Tracer program and netphone chat.
Can you elaborate more about the Tracer program and netphone chat?
The Tracer program records all phone calls into and out of the system. With the tracer, we are able to easily retrieve, listen to, and email a conversation. This has been extremely beneficial with employee training and accountability as well as verifying reservations made via the phone. In addition, netphone chat has been very helpful to us internally. We are able to communicate from station to station by chatting, therefore not tying up phone lines or being heard by others.
Tell us how your overall relationship with CommPros has been - from overall service, response times, and if there have been any issues which needed to be worked through.
In the beginning, the technology we were looking for was fairly new to both CommPros and us. CommPros was extremely diligent in working with us, as well as our phone vendor, to work the bugs out in a timely fashion. We have a nice business relationship with CommPros. I feel confident in both their systems and their support.
You mention having confidence in CommPros's support. What else can you say about the service and support CommPros has provided to you thus far?
We have not had any major issues that have prevented us from using the phones. However, if we have problems logging into the system on occasion, CommPros always responds immediately and ensures that we are able to function as expected and as needed. CommPros also checks in to see how we are doing and have really gone above and beyond with their service to us.
